At LightFixturesUSA, we want you to be completely satisfied with your illumination choices. If a fixture doesn't perfectly complement your space, you can return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Initiate Your Request

Log into your account or use our guest portal to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

Prepare the Package

Carefully repack the fixture in its original packaging, including all mounting hardware, instructions, and protective padding to ensure it arrives safely.

Affix Shipping Label

Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely attach it to the outside of the box, ensuring any old shipping labels are covered.

Drop Off and Refund

Hand the package to the designated carrier; once our warehouse inspects the item, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
