How long does shipping take for my light fixtures?

Most orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Standard shipping typically takes 5-7 business days depending on your location within the United States.

What is your return policy for damaged items?

We offer a 30-day return window. If your fixture arrives damaged, please contact our support team within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage for a full replacement or refund.

Are light bulbs included with the fixtures?

Unless otherwise specified on the product page, light bulbs are not included. This allows you to choose the specific color temperature and brightness that best fits your space.

Do you offer professional installation services?

LightFixturesUSA provides the hardware and instructions, but we do not offer direct installation. We highly recommend hiring a licensed electrician for all hardwired ceiling and wall fixtures.

Are your products compatible with dimmer switches?

Most of our chandeliers and pendants are dimmable if used with dimmable bulbs and a compatible dimmer switch. Please check the specific product specifications for dimming capabilities.
